If there is an accident with your rental car, the first action is to call the police on tel 911 and then to Rental4fun. If there were injured, or if you are not feeling well let us know, we will send you relief. If you have been guilty or not, do not argue. It's the police officer who will decide who was to blame for the accident. If there were no casualties, remove your car to the curb and wait for the police and Rental4fun arrive to make the bulletin of occurrence. If the other driver decides to leave, note the TAG number, make, model, and color of the vehicle.

In the United States traffic tickets are issued against the license of the offender and not the license plate of the car. Therefore, no information regarding the fine will be sent or charged to the rental company, and the offender himself will be responsible for payment of the same. In the United States, the only documentation pertaining to the rented vehicle that the renter will receive from Rental4fun will be the lease agreement. The lease is the only document required to transit with the car and you will find all the information required to present the local authorities when requested.

It is the driver entitled to drive the rented vehicle in addition to the main driver (lessee). All additional drivers must meet the rental qualifications with regard to age and driving record. The name of the additional driver must be added to the contract at the time of picking up the vehicle or at any time during the rental period by going through a store in the presence of the main driver and the additional driver.

Cars can not leave the state of Florida. Those vehicles that are driven out of the state of Florida can be charged at up to $5,000.00. Any out-of-state toll infractions or traffic tickets will be charged an administrative fee of 75.00.

In case you want to cancel your reservation or make some changes, you need to do this at least 2 days or 48 hours before the start of the rental and you will not lose the deposit. If the reservation is canceled 2 days before the start of the rental, we will charge only 10% of the total price.

All drivers must abide by the terms of the rental agreement: Full Protection will not reimburse any costs incurred in circumstances that violate these terms, such as negligent driving or driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) covers the cost of damage to the rented vehicle in the event of an accident. This type of insurance protects you in case you damage a car you rented. This insurance transfers responsibility for the cost of damages from you to the car rental company. The customer is responsible for a franchise of only $ 500.00 for the rented vehicle.

Responsibility coverage is limited to the minimum financial liability required by Florida. If contracted, Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) protects the renter against claims made by third parties due to personal injury and / or property damage sustained as a result of an accident while the renter is driving a rental vehicle. This coverage provides the lessee with third party liability protection up to a limit of $ 50,000 per accident. In order for the contracted insurance to be valid, the lessee must call the local police immediately for the event and request an official document (incident report). With this document, the renter must contact Rental4fun and present the incident report to ensure protection by third-party liability coverage. SLI insurance may lose its validity without a police notification (report card).

The costs of key replacement and roadside assistance in the event of blockage or breakdown may be charged to you if you need these services while renting your car.
